Content on this site is general information, not legal, medical or compliance advice. Demonstration builds in the portfolio depict fictional practices created to show our work patterns.

Engagements

• Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees are set per project in a written agreement that supersedes these general terms.
• Ongoing services are month to month unless otherwise agreed; either party may end with 30 days' notice.
• You own your domain, content, design and data. On termination we hand over everything cleanly.

Liability

We deliver professional work with documented decisions; we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic or revenue outcomes, and our liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding three months.
